Spec-to-field software for autonomous machine teams
Explore gets your team to an approved specification. Complete helps keep the machine aligned as that specification becomes engineering work.
Sture Complete connects the approved spec to architecture, electronics, mechanical design, firmware, sourcing, test planning, compliance evidence, and field feedback across a supported machine graph.
As the design changes, Complete checks the affected parts of the graph, surfaces conflicts for review, and keeps the reasoning attached to the work.
Your engineers stay in control. Sture proposes, checks, traces, and flags. Your team reviews and approves.
From spec to field, without losing the thread.
Autonomous-machine programs rarely fail because one discipline did bad work. They fail because the disciplines drift apart.
- A payload change affects endurance.
- A board change affects thermal margin.
- A compute decision affects autonomy.
- A sourcing substitution affects compliance evidence.
- A test result contradicts the model.
Each change was reasonable.
Each change was reviewed.
The failure happens when those changes are reviewed separately.
Complete is built to make those gaps visible while they are still reviewable, traceable, and cheaper to fix.
The week everything moved without you.
Three months into the build, integration starts on Monday.
The latest spec is approved.
The latest schematic is approved.
The latest mechanical package is approved.
The latest firmware tag is approved.
The latest compliance dossier is approved.
They were all approved separately.
The schematic moved a regulator to a new rail.
The mechanical design changed the heat path that rail depends on.
The firmware still talks to a sensor on the old assumption.
The compliance dossier still cites the substituted part.
The autonomy stack assumes a frame rate the new compute will not hit.
By Friday the team is rebuilding the harness, re-running thermal checks, updating evidence, and explaining to the program lead why the integration date moved.
Not because the engineers were sloppy.
Because there was no living thread between the disciplines.
What Complete keeps alive.
Complete keeps the approved spec, system architecture, engineering artifacts, sourcing evidence, compliance evidence, and field feedback connected through the supported machine graph.
When a part is substituted, the affected compliance evidence surfaces for review the same hour, not at the next audit.
When a schematic change affects thermal margin, the mechanical owner sees the implication.
When firmware depends on a sensor assumption, the dependency remains visible.
When autonomy assumes a frame rate, the compute decision is checked against it.
When field or simulation evidence contradicts the model, the affected assumptions are traced back into the next review.
Engineers still approve every change.
Complete does not certify, deploy, or replace engineering sign-off. It keeps the work from quietly desynchronising while every team is focused on its own part.
The engineers were always good at their disciplines.
The thread between the disciplines is what Complete holds.
Architecture and design
- Drafts architecture trade studies for engineer review, including vehicle class, power, propulsion, sensing, compute, communications, and safety assumptions.
- Proposes design updates and checks them against the supported system graph: schematic, PCB, harness, BOM, mechanical interfaces, mounting, enclosure, and operating constraints.
- Flags cross-domain conflicts for review instead of hiding them in separate documents, spreadsheets, or tool exports.
Validation and sourcing
- Runs reviewable screening analyses across supported domains: power, endurance, thermal, dynamics, RF, structural, vibration, and environmental constraints.
- Surfaces sourcing reality where data is available: candidate parts, alternates, lead time, cost, availability, substitution risk, and local supply-chain assumptions.
- When evidence is missing, stale, synthetic, or not yet connected to a live provider, Complete labels it plainly instead of treating it as proven.
Software, test, and compliance
- Scaffolds firmware and autonomy work for engineer ownership across supported stacks including ROS 2, PX4, Nav2, MAVLink, RTOS, and embedded Linux workflows.
- Drafts test plans, acceptance criteria, operating procedures, compliance evidence, FMEA, hazard analysis, and operating-envelope documentation.
- Every generated output is intended for review. Complete does not certify the machine, approve deployment, or replace engineering sign-off.
Simulation, HIL, and field evidence
- Ingests simulation, HIL, and field evidence where connected, and compares predicted behaviour with observed results.
- When the machine disagrees with the model, Complete shows the gap, traces the affected assumptions, and proposes redesigns or follow-up checks for engineer approval.
- Unsupported simulators, missing credentials, synthetic fixtures, and unavailable field data remain explicit blockers.
Traceability
- Every important output traces back to the spec, rules, corpus, component data, assumptions, and generated artifacts that produced it.
- Complete keeps a reproducible generation trace so reviews can answer the practical question: why did we build it this way?
Under the hood
- Supported machine graph across architecture, electronics, mechanical, firmware, sourcing, test, compliance, and field evidence.
- Multi-board split detection using the daughter-board pattern table.
- CAD workflow support through STEP and glTF exports, metadata reads, and reviewed writeback where supported.
- Signed generation traces covering spec, engine, rule, corpus, component, artifact, and evidence versions.
ReadinessProofReportfor supported workflows.- Adapter contracts for long-running simulator and GPU jobs, with unavailable providers blocked until configured.
- Air, ground, and water domain packs built on the shared Sture core.
Keep the machine aligned.
Sture Complete is the next step after Explore: from an approved specification to a connected, reviewable engineering workflow.
